Our Team

Jerad, a Licensed Public Adjuster and Owner of Peril Public Adjusters, LLC, formed the company in 2017 after Hurricane Harvey to help his community with insurance settlements. He, his wife Candace, and their four children are deeply involved in their community and prioritize their faith. Jerad also serves on the Board of Directors for Majesty Outdoors, mentoring fatherless children.

Trisha has been with Peril since its inception. She began her management career in private clubs and resorts. As the Business Development Manager, she oversees operations, client management, marketing, AP/AR, and social media. Trisha is Jerad’s right-hand person and the go-to for any needs related to Peril. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and paddleboarding with her husband, Paul, and their daughter, Olivia.

Brian is our VP of Operations and brings over 20 years of Adjuster experience to the Peril team combined with an extensive background in the construction business and in depth knowledge of smoke and water migration issues and restoration principles.

Hank joined our team in August of 2020 and quickly worked his way up to Senior Claims Manager. Prior to joining the Peril crew, Hank worked in Logistics Management and managed his own business. Newlywed, Hank and his wife, Maggie, reside in Iowa. Native Texans, you can usually find the two traveling and enjoying the outdoors.
